Bayern Munich are reportedly considering a move for Jonathan Tah.

Germany's Sky Sports reported on Wednesday (June 13) that "Munich are considering a move for Tah. They are very impressed with his performances. He can play in both the back three and back four and is one of the fastest defenders in the Bundesliga. There have already been discussions between Munich and Tah's agent. There is no agreement yet," the report said.

"Leverkusen want to stay in the top flight next season, so there are no plans to sell. There have been no negotiations with Munich. His contract runs until 2025. There is no release clause. For now, Leverkusen are hoping to re-sign Tah," he added.

The Bavarians overhauled their defense last summer. After the departures of Benjamin Pavard and Luca Hernandez, Kim Min-Jae joined the team. Kim was a standout performer for Napoli last season. Within a year of joining the club, he led them to the Italian Serie A title and won the best defender award. That's why Munich made the move.

Kim Min-Jae played most of the first half with Dayo Upamecano. With Matthijs de Ligt injured, the team was without a center-back option. This has led to constant speculation about a possible 토토사이트 center-back reinforcement. Eric Dier is now part of the squad, but Tah has been linked with a move to Munich since before the winter transfer window opened.

Tah has been playing for Leverkusen since 2015. He is currently one of Leverkusen's core center backs. Leverkusen won their first German Bundesliga title under Xabi Alonso. They are unbeaten in 33 games with 27 wins and six draws heading into the final round of league play. They are just one game away from an unbeaten title.

Leverkusen have conceded just 23 goals in 33 games, the fewest in the league. At the center of this is 'vice-captain' Tah. He has played in 30 league games so far. He has played the fourth most minutes in the team (2,543). The most of any center back.

Basically, his strengths are his speed and buildup. He currently plays in the center of the back three for Leverkusen. His ability to play in both the back three and the back four gives him a lot of tactical versatility.

The problem is Leverkusen"s attitude. His contract is up next summer, so he needs to sign a new deal. If he signs a new contract, it"ll signal that he"s not available for transfer.
